# ระบบจองใช้งาน (ชั่วคราว)

## จองใช้งานสิทธิ์ Kahoot! EDU Pro ระยะสั้น ได้ที่

## แนะนำขั้นตอนการจองใช้งาน

### 1.ไปยังหน้าเว็บไซต์จองใช้งาน

* สามารถค้นหา CMU Kahoot Booking แล้วไปยังเว็บไซต์ DLPS CMU Kahoot!
* หรือเข้ามาที่ Landing Page ของเว็บไวต์ตาม URL: <https://dlps.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-kahoot> จากนั้นไปยังส่วนระบบจองและกด Book Now!&#x20;
* หรือ เข้าสู่ระบบจองโดยตรงที่ <https://cmu.to/cmukahootbooking>&#x20;

### 2.ไปยังหน้าจองใช้งานสิทธิ์

เมื่อเข้าสู่หน้าระบบจองใช้งานสิทธิ์ จะพบกับตัวเลือกการจองดังภาพประกอบด้านล่าง (จำนวน Services อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม)

เมื่อท่านเลือกรูปแบบหรือจำนวนวันที่ต้องการจองแล้ว ให้เลื่อนลงมาด้านล่างเพื่อเลือกวันที่ต้องการใช้งานและกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนและกด Book

### 3.จองสำเร็จ และรายละเอียดการจอง

#### 3.1 หน้าสรุปข้อมูลการจอง จากระบบจอง MS Booking

เมื่อทำการจองสำเร็จท่านจะพบกับหน้าแจ้งรายละเอียดดังภาพประกอบด้านล่าง

โดยท่านสามารถแก้ไขการจอง ยกเลิก หรือ จองเพิ่มได้ที่นี่

#### 3.2 หน้าสรุปข้อมูลการจอง จะถูกส่งไปยังอีเมลล์ของท่าน

### 4.แจ้งเตือนจากระบบก่อนวันใช้งานจริง (Remider)

ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลล์จากระบบ ชื่อ Reminder: CMU Kahoot! EDU Pro

#### กด "Active Now" เพื่อเปิดใช้งานสิทธิ์อย่างสมบูรณ์

เมื่อกดลิ้งแล้วระบบจะพาท่านไปยังหน้า Login เพื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ Kahoot โดยให้ท่านเข้าใช้งานด้วย CMU mail @cmu.ac.th ผ่านตัวเลือก SSO หรือเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย microsoft account

โดยท่านที่ยังไม่เคยเข้าสู่ระบบมาก่อนจะต้องตั้ง Username ก่อน(สามารถแก้ไขภายหลังได้)\
เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบสำเร็จ สามารถใช้งาน Kahoot EDU Pro ได้เลย!

#### อย่าลืม! เข้าใช้งานและสร้าง Kahoot ผ่าน CMU Workspace สิทธ์ Pro จะ Activate ที่ Workspace: Chiang Mai University เท่านั้น

## แผนในอนาคต

ขณะนี้ทีมงานอยู่ระหว่าง พัฒนาระบบยืม-คืน License เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารสิทธิ์ให้ครอบคลุมและตอบโจทย์การใช้งานจริงมากยิ่งขึ้น

ในระหว่างนี้ท่านสามารถจองใช้งานผ่านระบบจองใช้งานแบบชั่วคราว บนระบบยืมคืน(MS Booking) ที่ท่านสามารถจองใช้งานได้ล่วงหน้า 90 วันโดยสามารถจองใช้งานในระยะเวลา 1 วัน, 2วัน, 3วัน, 5วัน และ 7วัน

ท่านจะได้รับคำเชิญเข้าร่วม CMU Workspace ผ่านทาง CMU Mail ล่วงหน้า 1 วันก่อนถึงวันจอง (เวลา 12.00 น.)<br>

## ตัวอย่างการทำงานของระบบจองในปัจจุบัน

ตัวอย่าง ท่านจองใช้งานวันที่ 1 ธันวาคม 2568 ระยะเวลา 7 วัน\
อีเมลล์เชิญเข้าร่วม CMU Work Space จะถูกส่งให้ท่านเวลา 12.00 น. ของวันที่ 31 พฤศจิกายน 2568\
ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ได้ที่หัวข้อ [วิธีตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ Kahoot EDU Pro](/cmu-kahoot/get-start-with-cmu/check.md)&#x20;

สิทธิ์จะถูกดึงกลับไปยังส่วนกลางในเวลา 12.00 น. หลังครบ 7 วัน  นั่นคือ วันที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2568 เวลา 12.00น.
