# การจัดเก็บ Kahoots (Library และ Folders)

โดยปกติแล้วระบบจะเก็บ Kahoots ของท่านที่เมนู **Library** และ แสดง Kahoot ของทุกท่านที่สร้างและแชร์ใน Organization Folder (made by everyone) ท่านสามารถเรียกดูเฉพาะ Kahoot ที่ท่านสร้างได้โดยวิธีการดังนี้

## Library: Kahoot that made by you

ท่านสามารถเลือกดูเฉพาะ Kahoot ที่ท่านสร้างได้โดยเลือก Filter: **Made by you** บริเวณมุมขวาด้านบนตามภาพประกอบด้านล่าง

## Your Folder

ท่านสามารถจัดการ Kahoot และ Folder จัดเก็บเพิ่มเติมได้ตามต้องการที่เมนู Your Folder สามารถสร้าง Folder ใหม่ได้ที่ปุ่ม New Folder บริเวณมุมขวาบนของหน้าต่างสีเทา

## Organization Folders

โฟลเดอร์นี้จะแสดง Kahoot ที่มีการแบ่งปันให้กับทุกท่านที่มีสิทธิ์ EDU Pro ใน Organization Folders  โดยผู้แชร์สามารถตั้งค่าได้ว่าจะให้สมาชิกสามารถดูอย่างเดียวหรือแก้ไขได้ด้วย โฟลเดอร์นี้จะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการใช้งานร่วมกับอาจารย์ท่านอื่นๆ

### ความแตกต่างระหว่าง Library บน  Private Workspace (Personal-Free) และ Organization Workspace (Pro-CMU)

หากได้สิทธิ์ Pro แล้วสร้าง Kahoot ไว้บน CMU Workspace(PRO) เมื่อสิทธิ์ถูกจัดสรรใหม่ Kahoots ที่ท่านสร้างไว้จะไม่ได้หายไปไหน เพียงแต่ท่านจะไม่สามารถเข้าถึง CMU Workspace(PRO) ได้ชั่วคราว โดยเมื่อเข้าร่วมใหม่อีกครั้งก็จะพบ Kahoots ที่อยู่บน CMU Workspace(PRO) เช่นเดิม
