สำหรับดูรายชื่อและจัดการผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม เมื่อกดที่ปุ่มนี้จะมีหน้าต่างแสดงรายชื่อปรากฏขึ้น โดยจะแสดงเป็ภาพ Profile , ชื่อ , และ Role ของผู้เข้าร่วมคนนั้นๆ และสถานะการเปิด/ปิดไมโครโฟนและกล้อง

* Invite ใช้สำหรับเชิญผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมจากรายชื่อผู้ติดต่อหรือห้องประชุมที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง โดยสามารถคลิกที่ปุ่ม Copy Invite link หรือ Copy Invitation แล้วส่งให้ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ต้องการได้ทันที

* Mute All ปิดไมโครโฟนของผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคนในห้องประชุม
* ... เมื่อคลิกเข้าไปจะมีเมนูปรากฏขึ้นมา โดยจะอนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมภายในห้องประชุมสามารถทำกิจกรรมที่มีเครื่องหมาย ✔ ด้านหน้าได้ ดังนี้

* Ask All to Unmute ขึ้นแจ้งเตือนให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทุกคนเปิดไมโครโฟน
* Mute Participants upon Entry ปิดไมโครโฟนเมื่อผู้เข้าร่วมเข้าห้องประชุมทันทีโดยอัตโนมัติ
* Allow Participants to Unmute Themselves อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมเปิดไมโครโฟนได้
* Allow Participants to Rename Themselves อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าร่วมเปลี่ยนชื่อตนเองได้
* Play sound when someone joins or leaves ให้ระบบเปิดเสียงแจ้งเตือนเมื่อมีคนเข้าหรือออกจากห้องประชุม
* Enable Waiting Room เปิดใช้งาน Waiting Room
* Lock Meeting ล็อคห้องประชุมไม่ให้คนเข้าห้องหลังจากเริ่มประชุมไปแล้ว
* Merge to Meeting Window รวมหน้าต่าง Participants กับหน้าต่างหลักของ Zoom
