# Poll

### Poll ใน Meeting และ Webinar

การสร้าง Poll เป็นฟีเจอร์หนึ่งที่สามารถสร้างคำถามและคำตอบแบบหลายตัวเลือกในการประชุมได้ โดยสามารถสร้างได้ในระหว่างการประชุมและเก็บคำตอบจากผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทันที

### ข้อจำกัด

* Host ที่สร้าง Meeting เท่านั้นที่สามารถแก้ไขหรือเพิ่ม Poll ในระหว่างการประชุมได้ สำหรับ Co-host หรือ Host ที่ได้รับโอน Role มาจะเปิด Poll ได้เฉพาะอันที่ถูกสร้างเอาไว้แล้วเท่านั้น และ Alternative Host สามารถเพิ่มและแก้ไข Poll ได้เมื่อ Host เปิดการตั้งค่าอนุญาตไว้
* สร้างได้สูงสุด 50 Poll ในการ Meeting 1 ครั้ง แต่ละ Poll มีคำถามได้สูงสุด 10 คำถาม
* Poll ที่ถูกเปิดซ้ำในการ Meeting จะเก็บ Report ได้เฉพาะการตอบ Poll ในครั้งล่าสุดเท่านั้น กรณีที่ต้องการข้อมูลของทั้งสองครั้งโดยใช้ Poll เดิม ให้สร้างเป็น Poll ใหม่ขึ้นมาโดยใช้ชุดคำถามเดิมเท่านั้น
* **ผู้ใช้ Zoom เวอร์ชั่นเก่ากว่าที่ระบบกำหนด จะไม่สามารถเข้าทำ Poll และ Quiz ได้**

### การสร้าง Poll

เมื่อสร้าง Meeting แล้ว เข้าไปที่ Manage ส่วนของการสร้าง Poll จะอยู่ด้านล่างของหน้าจอ

เมื่อกดสร้าง จะมีหน้าต่างกรอก Poll ขึ้นมา

เมื่อสร้าง Poll ไว้แล้วเข้าสู่ Meeting จะมีปุ่ม Poll เพิ่มขึ้นมาสำหรับ Host

เมื่อคลิกเข้าไป หน้าต่างแสดง Poll ที่ถูกสร้างไว้แล้วจะปรากฏขึ้น โดย Host จะสามารถแก้ไข Poll ได้ โดยกดที่ Edit Poll ด้านล่าง หรือเริ่มการทำ Poll โดยกดที่ Launch
