# Import Grades

สำหรับการประกาศคะแนนน.ศ.แบบรายบุคคลบนระบบ Mango Canvas

การ Import คะแนนเข้าสู่คอร์สบนระบบ Mango นั้นจะมี format เฉพาะ ซึ่งสามารถดาวน์โหลดผ่านคอร์สได้เลย โดยเลือก Grades >> Export >> Export Current Gradebook View จากนั้นระบบจะ**ดาวน์โหลดเป็นไฟล์ Excel .csv**

เมื่อได้ไฟล์ Excel มา ท่านสามารถเพิ่มคอลัมน์คะแนนใหม่หรือกรอกข้อมูลคะแนนในคอลัมน์ที่มีอยู่แล้วในไฟล์ได้เลย

## โดยมีเงื่อนไขการกรอกคะแนนในไฟล์ดังนี้

1. <mark style="color:red;">**ห้ามเปลี่ยนแปลง ลบ หรือ แก้ไข ข้อมูลเดิมที่มีอยู่แล้วในไฟล์**</mark> ถ้าต้องการแก้ไข ให้แก้ไขในระบบ MANGO Canvas และทำการ download ไฟล์ใหม่อีกครั้ง กรณีที่ในไฟล์มีหัวคอลัมน์การสอบหรือกิจกรรมอยู่แล้ว ให้ทำการกรอกเฉพาะคะแนนลงไปเท่านั้น
2. กรณีที่ต้องการประกาศคะแนนที่ไม่มีการสร้างกิจกรรมไว้ในระบบ MANGO Canvas ให้ทำการ<mark style="color:red;">**เพิ่มคอลัมน์ใหม่ ต่อด้านท้ายสุดของข้อมูลที่มีในไฟล์เท่านั้น**</mark>**&#x20;ห้ามแทรกหน้าหรือระหว่างคอลัมน์อื่นที่มีอยู่แล้วภายในไฟล์**&#x20;
3. Point Possible ให้**ใส่เฉพาะตัวเลขที่เป็นคะแนนเต็ม**ของกิจกรรมนั้นๆเท่านั้น
4. คะแนนที่ประกาศ <mark style="color:red;">**ห้าม**</mark> เป็นช่องว่าง หรือ สัญลักษณ์ใดๆ กรณีที่ผู้เรียนไม่มีคะแนนสอบหรือคะแนนกิจกรรมดังกล่าว ให้ใส่เป็น 0 ในไฟล์ เพื่อให้สามารถนำเข้าคะแนนได้ แล้วจากนั้นจึงไปลบ 0 คะแนนนั้นออกใน gradebook บนระบบ MANGO Canvas
5. เมื่อจัดการข้อมูลคะแนนในไฟล์เรียบร้อยแล้วบันทึก(save หรือ save as) และตรวจสอบนามสกุลของไฟล์ให้เลือกใช้เป็น CSV UTF-8(Comma delimited)

สำหรับรูปแบบของไฟล์ที่ถูกต้อง-วิธีการเพิ่มคอลัมน์ใหม่-วิธีการนำไฟล์ไป upload เข้าระบบ ทางศูนย์ฯได้จัดทำคลิปวิธีการ Import คะแนนและแนบไว้บริเวณด้านล่างของคู่มือหน้านี้ โดยจะแสดงให้เห็นถึงขั้นตอนและภาพที่ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น

กรณีที่ทำไฟล์ครบตามเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดแล้วแต่ยังไม่สามารถนำเข้าได้ ให้ลอง export ไฟล์คะแนนออกจาก gradebook ออกมาอีกครั้ง  เลือก Export Entire Gradebook

แล้ว copy ข้อมูลคะแนนเข้าไป paste ตามคอลัมน์

-สำหรับคะแนนที่ไม่มีการสร้างกิจกรรมไว้<mark style="color:red;">**เป็นคอลัมน์ใหม่ ต่อด้านท้ายสุดของข้อมูลที่มีในไฟล์เท่านั้น**</mark>

-สำหรับคะแนนที่มีกิจกรรมอยู่แล้วให้ <mark style="color:red;">**copy ข้อมูลคะแนนวางเท่านั้น**</mark>

แล้วทำการบันทึก(save)จากนั้นลองนำเข้าระบบอีกครั้ง

<mark style="color:red;">ทั้งนี้สาเหตุที่ไม่สามารถนำเข้าไฟล์ได้อาจเกิดจากโปรแกรม-อุปกรณ์ของท่านมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง-แก้ไข format บางอย่างของไฟล์โดยอัตโนมัติเมื่อกดบันทึก ทีมงานแนะนำให้ใช้งานผ่านคอมพิวเตอร์ pc บน Windows เป็นหลัก หรือใช้วิธีการกรอกคะแนนลงใน Gradebook โดยตรง</mark>

เมื่อเตรียมไฟล์คะแนนเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทำการเซฟข้อมูลทับในไฟล์ดังกล่าวได้ทันที และทำการ Import ในระบบ Mango Canvas โดยเลือกที่ Grades >> Import แล้วเลือกไฟล์ที่ท่านได้เตรียมไว้เพื่อนำเข้าคะแนน >> Upload Data รอระบบนำเข้าข้อมูลเข้าสู่คอร์สของท่านเป็นอันเสร็จเรียบร้อย

กรณีที่ไฟล์มีการสร้างหรือเพิ่มคอลัมน์ใหม่ หน้าจอจะแสดงส่วนของการ Upload New Data ขึ้นมา ให้ทำการเลือก **A new assignment \[1]** และตรวจสอบคะแนนเต็มที่ช่อง Points Possible เมื่อเรียบร้อยแล้ว เลือก **Continue \[3]**

ระบบจะเข้าสู่หน้าจอ Save Changes ซึ่งหน้าจอนี้จะเป็นการสรุปการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลเดิมที่มีในระบบ เทียบกับ คะแนนที่นำเข้าจากไฟล์ ส่วนที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะแสดงเป็นสีแดง \[2] เมื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลงเรียบร้อยแล้ว เลือก **Save Changes \[4]** เพื่อให้ระบบดำเนินการนำเข้าคะแนนจากในไฟล์เข้าสู่ Gradebook
