# ภาพรวมการทำงานของ EZ Conference

* เข้าสู่ห้องประชุม Online และ Onsite ได้ทันทีโดยง่ายผ่านการจองใช้งานห้อง Conference ที่ผูกไว้กับปฏิทิน โดยตารางการเข้าใช้งานห้องจะปรากฏขึ้นทันทีบนหน้าจอของ Zoom Room
* เริ่มการใช้งาน Zoom Room ด้วยปุ่ม Start ปุ่มเดียว ผู้ร่วมประชุมคนอื่นสามารถร่วมประชุม Online โดยการเข้าร่วม Zoom Room(ซึ่งระบบการทำงานคล้ายกับ Zoom ปกติ) ด้วย ID Meeting ในปฏิทิน หรือประชุม Onsite ภายในห้อง Conference ได้ทันที
* กล้องและไมโครโฟนถูกเปิดใช้งานอัตโนมัติเมื่อเข้าสู่ Zoom Room
* ควบคุมการประชุมและเขียน Whiteboard ผ่าน Display(2) และ Controller(3)**(ในชุดไม่ใช่ Controller เป็นเพียงจอเสริมเท่านั้น)** รวมถึงสามารถแชร์หน้าจอจากอุปกรณ์ส่วนตัวของผู้ร่วมประชุมแต่ละคนบน Display(2)ได้ด้วยฟังก์ชั่น Share Screen ของ Zoom
