# การใช้ iPad ในการ Live Event (Presenter)

### การเตรียมความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์

* iOS เวอร์ชั่น 10 ขึ้นไป
* ต้องการความละเอียดวิดีโออยู่ที่ 1280\*720 บิตเรทขั้นต่ำ 2,000 Kbps
* แนะนำให้ใช้งานบน iPad Pro หรือ iPad Air รุ่นใดก็ได้
* iPad 4 และ iPad Mini 2 รองรับการใช้งาน Live Event แต่ไม่แนะนำ
* รุ่นที่ไม่รองรับ Live Event ได้แก่ iPad 1 , iPad 2 , iPad 3 และ iPad Mini 1

Role Producer ยังไม่สามารถใช้งานบน iPad ได้ ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ใช้งานบน iPad จะได้รับ Role เป็น Attendee (ยกเว้นคนที่เข้าร่วมด้วย Role Presenter)

### ข้อจำกัด

* ไม่สามารถแชทกับ Presenters และ Producers คนอื่นได้
* เปิดกล้องไม่ได้
* แชร์หน้าจอไปยัง Live Event ไม่ได้
* ไม่สามารถส่งคำเชิญผู้ใช้คนอื่นให้มาเป็น Presenters ได้
* ไม่สามารถปิดไมค์ Presenters ทุกคนได้
* ไม่สามารถดูหรือเข้าร่วม Q\&A ได้ กรณีที่ต้องการทำ Q\&A ต้องออกจาก Meeting แล้วเข้าร่วมใหม่ในฐานะ Attendee
* ไม่สามารถแชร์วิดีโอพร้อมกันได้ (เช่น แชร์หน้าจอพร้อมเปิดกล้อง)
* ไม่สามารถแชร์เสียงจากคอมพิวเตอร์(system audio)ได้

### การเข้าร่วม Live Event และขึ้นนำเสนอ

1.กดเข้า Live Event ด้วย Join as Presenter 

2.กรณีที่ต้องการนำเสนอแบบเปิดกล้อง ให้กดที่ปุ่ม Camera และระบบจะแจ้งเตือนให้ปรับตำแหน่งการวาง iPad ก่อนทำการเปิดกล้อง

* กรณีที่ Live Event ยังไม่เริ่ม Presenter ระบบจะขึ้นสถานะเป็น PRE-LIVE และขึ้นกรอบสีเหลืองบนตัวอย่างวิดีโอ
* กรณีที่ Live Event เริ่มไปแล้ว ระบบจะขึ้นสถานะเป็น QUEUED และขึ้นกรอบสีเหลืองบนตัวอย่างวิดีโอ
* กรณีที่ Live Event เริ่มไปแล้ว และ Producer ถ่ายทอดสดอยู่ ระบบจะขึ้นสถานะเป็น VIDEO และขึ้นกรอบสีแดงบนตัวอย่างวิดีโอ

3.สำหรับการนำเสนอเนื้อหาหรือแชร์เนื้อหาขึ้นบน Live Event ให้กดที่ปุ่ม Share content ในแถบควบคุม จากนั้นเลือกสิ่งที่ต้องการแชร์ จากนั้นกด Start Broadcast

4.เมื่อการนำเสนอเสร็จแล้ว กดที่ปุ่ม Stop sharing

กรณีที่แชร์หน้าจอ iPad ระหว่างการนำเสนอ แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนสถานะใน Teams เป็น *Do not disturb* เพื่อป้องกันการแจ้งเตือนบนหน้าจอที่อาจแสดงผลขึ้นมารบกวนได้
