# ทำความรู้จัก MS Teams

## MS Teams คืออะไร?

          Microsoft Team เป็น Application ที่ใช้เป็น Contact Point ของอาจารย์และนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ในปัจจุบัน  ซึ่งจะมีการสร้างไว้เพื่อให้อาจารย์และนักศึกษาสามารถติดต่อสื่อสารกันได้ สามารถใช้งาน Video Conference ในการสอนออนไลน์, มอบหมายงาน รวมไปถึงการทำข้อสอบด้วย Microsoft Form ได้อีกด้วย

## การสร้าง Teams

ท่านสามารถสร้างทีมผ่านระบบ Course Portal Management ได้ โดยข้อมูลกระบวนวิชาที่ปรากฏจะอิงจากข้อมูลในสำนักทะเบียนเป็นหลัก

## ดาวน์โหลด Microsoft Teams

เชื่อมต่อและทำงานร่วมกับทุกคนได้จากทุกที่ใน Teams ด้วยการดาวน์โหลดลงบน เดสก์ท็อป Windows ตามลิ้งด้านล่าง หรือ ดาวน์โหลดลงบนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ของท่านผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play Store

## พบปัญหาการใช้งาน/มองไม่เห็นทีม/รายชื่อน.ศ.ไม่อัพเดต&#x20;

สาเหตุเนื่องจากการแสดงผลบน Teams ยังไม่อัพเดตให้ตรงกับข้อมูลที่มี มีวิธีแก้ไขเบื้องต้นดังนี้ ;

-ให้ทำการอัพเดตแอพเป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุด

-ทำการเคลียร์แคชหรือ Kill App แล้วเข้าใหม่

-ทำการ re-login เข้า Teams อีกครั้ง

-ทำการ re-install Teams&#x20;

-ทั้งนี้เป็นวิธีแก้ไขในกรณีของการแสดงผลของ ms teams ผิดพลาดเท่านั้น เนื่องจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลจำนวนมาก อาจต้องรอระบบประมวลผล

-กรณีเร่งด่วนแนะนำให้เข้าใช้งานผ่าน <https://teams.microsoft.com/> (pc/browser)แทน

## วิธีการอัพเดต Teams ให้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นปัจจุบัน

1. กดที่ปุ่มจุด 3 จุดข้างภาพโปรไฟล์บริเวณมุมขวามือ
2. เลือก Check for updates
3. เมื่อโปรแกรมอัพเดตเรียบร้อยแล้วให้ทำการ re-login เข้าใช้งานอีกครั้ง
