# ดูและดาวน์โหลด Attendance Report ของ Webinars

Attendance Report ของ Webinars สามารถดาวน์โหลดได้ทั้งในระหว่าง Webinars และหลังจบ Webinars กรณีที่ดาวน์โหลดหลังจบ จะได้รับรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม เช่น จำนวน % ของผู้ที่มาเข้าร่วมจริงจากจำนวนผู้ที่มาลงทะเบียนทั้งหมด และ ค่าเฉลี่ยเวลาที่ผู้เข้าร่วมอยู่ใน Webinars เป็นต้น

### การดาวน์โหลด Attendance Report ในระหว่าง Webinars 

1.กรณีที่ช่อง Participants ไม่ถูกเปิด เลือกที่ **Show participants**  ![Show participants icon](https://support.content.office.net/en-us/media/7dfc735e-9212-45d4-9a69-4e097289203c.png)บน Meeting Controls

2.เลือกปุ่มลูกศร ด้านขวาของ **People** เพื่อดาวน์โหลด Attendance Report

กรณีที่มีผู้เข้าร่วม Webinars จำนวนมาก ข้อมูลภายใน Reports อาจมีแค่รายชื่อ Attendees บางส่วนเท่านั้น

### การดาวน์โหลด Attendance Report หลังจบ Webinars 

1.เข้าไปที่ปฏิทินภายใน MS Teams ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Webinars นั้นๆ จากนั้นเลือกที่แถบ **Attendance** จะเข้าสู่ข้อมูลที่ได้รับโดยตรงได้จากใน MS Teams

2.เลือกที่แถบ **Details** จากนั้นกดที่ปุ่ม **Attendance** เพื่อดาวน์โหลด Attendance Report
