# วิธีแก้ไขเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้องต่างๆ

## 1. กรณีขึ้นแจ้งเตือน Set up Failed

### สาเหตุ

1. อุปกรณ์ไม่รองรับกับ Version ของ SEB หรือ ติดตั้งไม่ถูก Version
2. พื้นที่ว่างในเครื่องไม่เพียงพอ
3. โปรแกรมสนับสนุนในเครื่องไม่ update (Net Framework Runtime)

### วิธีแก้ไข

1. ดาวน์โหลด Version SEB ให้ตรงกับอุปกรณ์ของท่าน
2. เคลียพื้นที่ให้มีพื้นที่ว่างอย่างน้อย 4-5 GB
3. Update (Net Framework Runtime) และติดตั้ง SEB ใหม่อีกครั้ง

## 2. โปรแกรมไม่ยอมเปิด ดับเบิ้ลคลิกแล้วเปิดไฟล์ .seb ไม่ได้

### สาเหตุ

ตัวไฟล์ .seb ที่ดาวน์โหลดไม่ได้ตั้งค่าให้เปิดด้วยโปรแกรม SEB

### วิธีแก้ไข

1. ไปที่ไฟล์ของท่าน คลิกขวาแล้วเลือกเมนู Open with เลือก  Safe Exam Browser 
2. หากยังเปิดไม่ได้ให้ท่านเลือกเมนู Look for another app on this pc แล้วเลือกโปรแกรม SEB ที่ท่านโหลดมา ชื่อ Safe Exam Browser.exe

## 3. ออกจากโปรแกรมไม่ได้/ค้าง

### สาเหตุ

1. กรอกรหัสผ่านผิด
2. ทำข้อสอบไม่เสร็จ ยังไม่ได้กดส่งข้อสอบ
3. เหตุขัดข้องอื่นๆ

### วิธีแก้ไข

1. กรอกรหัสผ่านที่ตรงกับไฟล์ที่ได้รับ 
2. ทำข้อสอบให้เสร็จเรียบร้อยและกดส่ง

## 4. เครื่องถูกล็อค หน้าจอแดง (SEB Locked)

### สาเหตุ

อาจเกิดจากการพยายามออกจากโปรแกรม เปิดโปรแกรมอื่น เข้าใช้งานเพิ่มในอุปกรณ์อื่น หรือ ทำการเปิด/ปิดเครื่องใหม่

### วิธีแก้ไข

1. **Windows** : บริเวณกลางหน้าจอจะปรากฏช่องกรอก Password > กรอกรหัส > กดปุ่ม unlock
2. **Mac OS และ Apple** :ใช้วิธี force restart [https://support.apple.com/th-th/HT210631](<&#xD;&#xA;https://support.apple.com/th-th/HT210631>)
3. กด CTRL+ALT+DEL
4. กรอก Password : exit

## 5. หน้าจอขึ้นทำข้อสอบ แต่ไม่มีปุ่มให้เข้าทำ

### สาเหตุ

อุปกรณ์ไม่รองรับ หรือ อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้งานมีจอแสดงผลมากกว่า 1 จอ เช่น มี 2 จอ, กำลังต่อ Projector หรือ ใช้งานNote book ที่มีจอแยก(Asus บางรุ่น)

### วิธีแก้ไข

เปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ หรือ ยกเลิกการใช้งานหลายหน้าจอ
