# หลักการทำงานของระบบ Online Exam Manager
[Online Exam Manager](http://exam-manager.tlic.cmu.ac.th/) เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยในการติดตามสถานะการสอบของนักศึกษา จะไม่มีผลกับคะแนนการสอบหรือตัวข้อสอบ เป็นเพียงระบบที่ช่วยติดตามสถานะ(Tracking) ว่านักศึกษาแต่ละคนอยู่ในส่วนใด หรือ ขั้นตอนใดในการสอบครั้งนี้ (สามารถเข้าถึงได้จาก URL : )
การสอบแต่ละครั้งจะถูกเรียกเป็น Event โดยเมื่อท่านกรอกข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการสร้าง Event ครบถ้วนแล้ว และกด Start Event ระบบจะเริ่มทำการติดตามสถานะของนักศึกษาแบบ Real time ทันที จนกว่าท่านจะกด End Event
โดยมีการแสดงผลออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก พร้อมกราฟแสดงข้อมูลแบบภาพรวมในแต่ละส่วน ดังรายละเอียดด้านล่าง
## ส่วนข้อมูลของนักศึกษา
ระบบจะแสดงข้อมูลรายชื่อของนักศึกษา ชื่อนามสกุล รหัสนักศึกษา และ CMU IT Account หากรายชื่อไม่ครบท่านสามารถแจ้งมายังทีมงานเพื่อขออัพเดทรายชื่อ หรือ ท่านสามารถเพิ่มเองได้ด้วยเมนู เพิ่มรายชื่อนักศึกษา
## ส่วน Check-in
ส่วนนี้จะแสดงสถานะว่านักศึกษาได้ทำการ Check-in ด้วย Link ที่ท่านส่งให้แล้วหรือไม่ (หน้า Check-in นั้นจะปรากฏ link ไปยังข้อสอบ และ link Zoom ในที่เดียว โดยที่ท่านไม่ต้องส่งลิ้งการสอบและ link Zoom ให้กับนักศึกษาเอง)
โดยส่วนนี้หากนักศึกษายังไม่ได้ทำการ Check-in ระบบจะแสดงสถานะสีเหลือง "Not Check-in" และ ในส่วนของ Check-in time จะปรากฏคำว่า ยังไม่ได้เช็คอิน หากทำการ Check-in แล้ว จะปรากฏเวลาที่ทำการ Checked-in
เมื่อนักศึกษากด Check-in แล้วจะปรากฏปุ่ม Check out ขึ้นให้นักศึกษากดหลังจากทำข้อสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว การ Check out จะเป็นการยืนยันว่านักศึกษาทำข้อสอบและกดส่งเรียบร้อย(ไม่ได้ลืมกดส่งข้อสอบ) เมื่อกด Check out จะแสดงสถานะการ Check Out ในช่อง Check-in เป็นอันจบการติดตามสถานะ ซึ่งในส่วนนี้หากนักศึกษาไม่ได้กด Check out ก็จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบใดๆ เพียงแต่เป็นการทบทวนการส่งข้อสอบของนักศึกษาและอัพเดทสถานะในระบบครั้งสุดท้ายเท่านั้น
## ส่วน Zoom Status
ส่วนนี้จะแสดงสถานะการเข้า Zoom สำหรับคุมสอบ โดยจะแสดงสถานะการหลุดออกจาก Zoom และ Highlight รายชื่อเป็นสีแดงเพื่อให้ท่านทราบทันทีว่ามีนักศึกษาหลุดออกจาก Zoom ขณะสอบ โดยในส่วนนี้มักจะใช้เพื่อตรวจเช็คสถานะอินเตอร์เน็ตของนักศึกษาด้วย ว่าขณะทำข้อสอบมีการต่ออินเตอร์เน็ตอยู่หรือไม่ โดยจะมีการแสดงสถานะ
1. เข้าร่วมแล้ว
2. ยังไม่ได้เข้าร่วม
3. เสร็จสิ้น
4. หลุด/ผิดปกติ
## ส่วน ของ Quiz หรือ ข้อสอบ
ส่วนนี้จะแสดงสถานะการเข้าทำข้อสอบของนักศึกษา ได้แก่
1. Stand by หรือ ยังไม่ได้เริ่มทำ
2. in progress หรือกำลังทำข้อสอบ
3. finished หรือส่งข้อสอบแล้ว
ท่านสามารถติดตามการทำข้อสอบของ Quiz หรือ Assignment ในระบบ CMU Exam แบบ 1 Quiz หรือ หลาย Quiz ในการสอบ 1 ครั้งได้ แต่แนะนำให้ตั้งชื่อให้แตกต่างกันและเลือก Quiz mี่ท่านต้องการติดตามให้ถูกต้อง
