# Managing Zoom License in Organization

You can view the quota in your organization at [**https://zoom.tlic.cmu.ac.th/userprofile.php#**](https://zoom.tlic.cmu.ac.th/userprofile.php#)

or go to CMU Zoom and click on button 2 Manage Your Zoom.

Then select the menu 'Quota in your organization' at the top menu bar as shown in the illustration below.

The system will display a list of people who have Zoom Pro licenses in your organization.

{% hint style="info" %}
The university has limited licenses. Requesting to use Zoom Pro is on a first-come, first-served basis
{% endhint %}

### For instructors

Each faculty will have IT support staff with management licenses. You can contact your faculty's IT staff first to have them manage your license.

If your faculty does not have staff to manage rights, you can contact TLIC to allocate new rights by informing:

1. CMU IT Account
2. Your organization or faculty

**Exception:** The Faculty of Medicine has IT staff managing Zoom Pro licenses within the faculty. If you are a member of the Faculty of Medicine, you can contact your faculty's IT Support department.

### For personnel

Personnel have management rights in their own faculty. If the quota in your organization is full, please inform TLIC for further management advice.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-zoom-manual/managing-zoom-pro-license/organization.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
