The room's license will depend on the room creator. If the room creator has an basic account, the Zoom meeting room will be basic (limited to 40 minutes), even if you receive Zoom Pro later or have someone with Zoom Pro in the room.
Solution: Create a new Zoom room after receiving Zoom Pro.
The room's license will depend on the room creator. If the room creator has an basic account, the Zoom Meeting room will be basic (40 minutes) and cannot be extended, even if the account later receives Zoom Pro license or someone with Zoom Pro joins the room or is set as a co-host. The meeting privileges will follow the account that created it.
You can directly contact your organization's admin team to manage privileges within your department or organization.
You can do this in 2 ways:
1.Purchase licenses through TLIC (you will get the same rate as the university but will need to wait for the purchase and transfer privileges to your organization again).
2.Purchase directly through the Zoom website (you can use it immediately but won't get a special rate). Read more detals here or
