## Automatic Backup from Zoom Cloud to OneDrive

According to the current policy, you can store recordings in Zoom Cloud for only 7 days (counting from the day you saved them).

* The data backup system from Zoom Cloud to OneDrive will automatically back up data from Zoom Cloud to OneDrive when you enable and authorize the system.
* OneDrive is a good option for long-term file storage. Instructors and personnel of CMU have 1 TB of OneDrive space, which is more than enough for storing your Zoom Recordings.
* When you enable the Zoom -> MS OneDrive service, files will be copied and stored in a folder named "zoom-recording" on your CMU OneDrive automatically.

This service is only available for newly saved files after enabling it.

## How to Enable Automatic Backup from Zoom Cloud to OneDrive

1. Access CMU Zoom via the URL : <https://www.info.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-zoom>
2. Go to the **"Manage Your Zoom License"** (yellow button number 2)
3. Enable automatic backup feature (next to the restore plan button)
4. Confirm identity and authorize system management rights.
