### กรณีที่อาจารย์ไม่ได้เปิดการใช้งาน Sync to OneDrive และไฟล์วิดีโอถูกเก็บอยู่บน Zoom Cloud

* ไฟล์วิดีโอจะอยู่บน Zoom Cloud 7 วัน สามารถเข้าไปตรวจสอบไฟล์ที่อยู่บน Zoom Cloud ได้ที่ Recordings >> Cloud Recordings

* หลังจาก 7 วัน ไฟล์วิดีโอจะถูกลบออกจาก Zoom Cloud และไปอยู่ใน Trash อาจารย์สามารถกู้ไฟล์วิดีโอคืนมาได้โดยการกด Recovery ด้านหลังไฟล์ที่ต้องการกู้คืน โดยไฟล์จะกลับมาอยู่ใน Cloud Recordings เพื่อให้อาจารย์สามารถดาวน์โหลดเพื่อทำสำเนาหรือย้ายไปอัพโหลดต่อบน Cloud หรือช่องทางเก็บไฟล์อื่นต่อไป โดยไฟล์วิดีโอที่อยู่ใน Trash จะมีอายุการเก็บรักษาเป็นเวลา 30 วัน ก่อนถูกลบออกจากระบบถาวร

### กรณีที่อาจารย์เปิดการใช้งาน Sync to OneDrive ไว้แล้ว

* ไฟล์วิดีโอจะถูกอัพโหลดไปยังโฟลเดอร์ zoom-recordings ใน OneDrive โดยอัตโนมัติ
* กรณีที่ไม่พบไฟล์บน OneDrive สามารถเข้าไปรับไฟล์ได้ที่ Cloud Recordings และแจ้งทางเจ้าหน้าที่ TLIC เพื่อแก้ไขและทำการอัพโหลดไฟล์คืนกลับเข้าไปในโฟลเดอร์ zoom-recordings บน OneDrive
