# เงื่อนไขการเก็บไฟล์วิดิโอบน Zoom Cloud

เงื่อนไขการเก็บไฟล์วิดิโอบน Zoom Cloudโดยตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 กรกฏาคม 2564 เป็นต้นไปไฟล์ใหม่ที่ท่านทำการบันทึกลงบนระบบ Zoom Cloud Recording จะสามารถเก็บไว้บนระบบฯได้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน

## ระบบสำรองข้อมูลจาก Zoom Cloud ลงบน OneDrive อัตโนมัติ <a href="#title-text" id="title-text"></a>

เนื่องจากในปัจจุบัน ท่านสามารถเก็บไฟล์ไว้ในระบบ Zoom Cloud Recording ได้ในระยะเวลา 7 วันเท่านั้น (นับตั้งแต่วันที่ท่านทำการบันทึก)

* ระบบสำรองข้อมูลจาก Zoom Cloud ลงบน OneDrive อัตโนมัตินี้จะช่วยสำรองข้อมูลจาก Zoom Cloud ลงบน OneDrive โดยอัตโนมัติ เมื่อท่านเปิดการใช้งานและให้สิทธิ์แก่ระบบ
* OneDrive เป็นทางเลือกที่ดีในเก็บไฟล์ในระยะยาว อาจารย์และบุคคลากร มช. มีพื้นที่ OneDrive ท่านละ 15GB
* เมื่อเปิดบริการ Zoom -> MS OneDrive นี้ ไฟล์จะถูกทำสำเนาไปเก็บไว้บน Folder ชื่อ zoom-recording บน OneDrive มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ของท่านโดยอัตโนมัติ

ใช้งานได้เฉพาะกับไฟล์ใหม่ที่บันทึก หลังจาก เปิดใช้บริการนี้

## วิธีการเปิดการใช้งาน ระบบสำรองข้อมูลจาก Zoom Cloud ลงบน OneDrive อัตโนมัติ <a href="#undefined" id="undefined"></a>

1. 1.เข้าสู่หน้าเว็บไซต์ CMU Zoom เข้าถึงได้จาก URL : <https://www.info.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-zoom>​
2. 2.ไปที่เมนู “**Manage Your Zoom License**” (ปุ่มที่ 2 สีเหลือง)
3. 3.เปิดใช้งานฟีเจอร์สำรองข้อมูลจาก Zoom Cloud ลงบน OneDrive อัตโนมัติ (บริเวณด้านล่างปุ่มคืนสิทธิ์)
4. 4.ยืนยันตัวตนและอนุญาตให้สิทธิ์การจัดการแก่ระบบ
