# การจองสิทธิ์ Zoom Webinar

## **ขั้นตอนการจอง Zoom Webinar** <a href="#zoom-webinar" id="zoom-webinar"></a>

ทำการจองที่ [CMU Zoom](https://www.info.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-zoom) และกดปุ่มที่ 3 “**Book Large Meeting & Webinar**“ ระบบจะพาท่านเข้าสู่หน้า Booking ดังภาพ

### 1. เลือกรูปแบบ Service เป็น Webinar 1,000 คน

ทำการเลือกรูปแบบที่ท่านต้องการจองโดยจะมีให้เลือก 2 รูปแบบคือ Webinar 1,000 คน และ Large Meeting 1,000 คน

### 2.เลือกวันที่ท่านต้องการจอง&#x20;

หากวันที่แสดงสีเทา แปลว่า สิทธิ์การจองทั้ง 2 แบบเต็มแล้วในวันนั้น **ดังนั้นควรทำการจองล่วงหน้า** เนื่องจากสิทธิ์ Webinar และ Large Meeting มีจำกัด เมื่อสิทธ์เต็มแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่สามารถเพิ่มได้

### 3.เลือกเวลาที่ท่านต้องการจอง&#x20;

ระบบจะแสดงเฉพาะเวลาที่ท่านสามารถจองได้ แบ่งเป็น&#x20;

**05:30 AM.** (05.30 - 10.59 น.) **11:00 AM.** (11.00 - 16.29 น.) และ **04:30 PM** (16.00 - 24.00 น.)

### 4.กรอกข้อมูลของท่าน&#x20;

หลังจากจองวันเวลาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ท่านกรอกข้อมูลของท่าน ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล และ **CMU IT Account** ของท่าน

### 5.ยอมรับเงื่อนไขในการจองโดยใช้ **CMU IT Account**

### 6.กด Book

## **จะรู้ได้อย่างไรว่าได้รับสิทธิ์ Zoom Webinar 1,000 แล้ว?** <a href="#zoom-webinar-1-000" id="zoom-webinar-1-000"></a>

1. เมื่อทำการจองสำเร็จท่านจะได้รับอีเมลล์แจ้งเตือนวันเวลาที่ท่านได้ทำการจองดังภาพด้านล่าง ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเวลาที่ทำการจอง หรือ ยกเลิกการจองได้โดยกดปุ่ม **“Change your appointment“** จากนั้นระบบจะพาท่านไปยังหน้ากรอกข้อมูล และ กดยืนยันอีกครั้ง **(อีเมลล์ดังกล่าวไม่ใช่อีเมลล์แจ้งเลข Zoom Meeting ID ท่านสามารถสร้าง Meeting หรือตั้ง schedule ใหม่ได้ใน Zoom ส่วนตัวของท่านเอง)**
2. ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบได้ที่ <https://cmu-th.zoom.us/profile> ไปที่ส่วนของ Profile > Account > Licensed

{% hint style="info" %} <mark style="color:red;">ระบบจะไม่มีการส่งหรือสร้างเลข Zoom Meeting ID ให้ ผู้จองใช้งานสามารถเข้า Zoom เพื่อสร้าง Meeting ใหม่โดย</mark><mark style="color:red;">**ใช้ Zoom Meeting ID เป็น Generated id เท่านั้น(สำหรับ Zoom Webinars)**</mark>

<mark style="color:red;">และเมื่อถึงเวลาที่ทำการจองระบบจะมอบสิทธิ์เพื่อ Convert เพิ่มพื้นที่และฟีเจอร์ Webinars ให้แก่ ID Zoom ของท่าน</mark>
