# วิธีการใช้งาน Zoom Webinar

สร้าง Meeting โดยใช้ <mark style="color:red;">**Generate ID เท่านั้น**</mark> และ <mark style="color:red;">**กด Convert ก่อนใช้**</mark>

<mark style="color:red;">**ข้อควรระวัง :**</mark> โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าท่านได้ Convert Meeting to Webinar เรียบร้อย ก่อนที่จะมีผู้อื่นเข้ามาในห้อง Zoom (ผู้อื่นในที่นี้รวมถึง ผู้เข้าร่วมที่อยู่ใน Waiting Room และ Co-Host ท่านอื่นๆ)\ <mark style="color:red;">หากมีผู้อื่นเข้ามายังห้องของท่านก่อนทำการ Convert ท่านจะไม่สามารถ Convert to Webinar ได้</mark> วิธีแก้คือท่านจะต้องให้คนที่เข้ามาแล้ว ออกจาก Zoom ให้หมดก่อนจึงจะทำการ Convert to Webinar ได้

## 1. ไปยัง Zoom Profile ของท่าน

หลังจากได้รับ license แล้ว ให้ลงชื่อเข้าใช้งานในเว็บ [https://cmu-th.zoom.us/profile ](https://cmu-th.zoom.us/profile)

## 2. ไปที่เมนู **Meetings**

## 3. สร้าง Meeting โดยใช้ **Generate ID เท่านั้น**

หาก meeting สร้างไว้ก่อนแล้วให้คลิกเลือกชื่อ Meeting ที่ต้องการเปลี่ยนเป็น Webinar โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้สร้างแบบ **Generate ID**&#x20;

หากยังไม่มี meeting ต้องทำการสร้างก่อน โดยสร้างเป็นแบบ **Generate ID เท่านั้น** (แบบ Personal ID) จะไม่สามารถทำการ Convert to Webinar ได้

## 4. กดเมนู “**Convert** **this Meeting to a Webinar**”

ปุ่มนี้อยู่บริเวณแถบด้านล่างเพจ บริเวณบรรทัดเดียวกับปุ่ม Start / Edit / Delete / Save as Template ตามภาพประกอบด้านล่าง

## 5. ยืนยันโดยกดปุ่ม **Convert**&#x20;

## 6. Meeting ของท่านจะเป็นแบบ Webinar หลังจากกด Convert เรียบร้อยแล้ว
