# Customizing Navigation

There are 4 topics of customizing navigation.

### Creating Pages

&#x20; To present the content you want in one page, you can include text, images, videos, or links to files or other parts of the course or other pages.

###

### Setting the Home Page

&#x20; You can choose the desired homepage for your course. It can display all activities in the course, a selected page, different course topics, all assignments, or the course syllabus. This is the first thing students will see when they enter your course.

###

### Managing Course Navigation

&#x20; Arrange the different sections within the course to maintain organization. Highlight important sections or those you want participants to see first and hide or disable sections that are not needed.

###

### Creating Modules

&#x20; Manage your content effectively by creating modules. This will provide a clear and easy-to-follow structure for your teaching and learning process.<br>

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.tlic.cmu.ac.th/cmu-mango-canvas-manual/course-design/navigation.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
