# การ Duplicate หรือ Copy Course (เฉพาะ Exam Moodle)

ท่านสามารถ Duplicate หรือ Copy Course เดิมที่มีอยู่ในระบบได้ โดยวิธีการดังนี้

## 1. ไปยังคอร์สที่ท่านต้องการ COPY 

จากนั้นไปที่เครื่องหมายฟันเฟืองและเลือกเมนู Copy Course ดังภาพ

## 2. เมื่อกดเมนู Copy Course

ระบบจะพาท่านไปยังหน้าต่างกรอกข้อมูลดังภาพ

Course short name จะไม่สามารถซ้ำกันได้ ให้ท่านกรอก -1 หรือ -(เทอมต่อด้วยปีการศึกษา) เช่น 001101 ซ้ำ ให้ท่านกรอก 001101-164 แทน เป็นต้น

## 3. กดปุ่ม Copy and View

เมื่อทำการกรอกข้อมูลเรียบร้อยแล้วให้กดปุ่ม Copy and View บริเวณด้านล่างดังภาพ

## 4. ระบบจะแสดงสถานะการ Copy Course ดังภาพ

ส่วน Source คือ คอร์สต้นแบบที่ทำการ COPY

ส่วน Destination คือ คอร์สปลายทาง

ระบบกำลังดำเนินการ โดยจะแสดงสถานะ Process pending บริเวณขวามือ

เมื่อดำเนินการสำเร็จในส่วนของสถานะ หรือ Status บริเวณขวามือ จะแสดง 100% และเปลี่ยนเป็นสีเขียวดังภาพด้านล่าง

## 5. เข้าสู่คอร์สใหม่ที่ทำการ Copy Course เรียบร้อย

ท่านสามารถเข้าสู่คอร์สใหม่ได้โดยกดที่ Course Short name หัวข้อ Destination จะเห็นได้ว่าก่อนหน้านี้ส่วนนี้เป็นสีเท่าไม่สวามารถกดได้ แต่เมื่อทำการ Copy Course เรียบร้อยแล้ว จะปรากฏเป็นสีนำเงินและสามารถกดเข้าไปยังคอร์สใหม่ได้ทันที

เมื่อกดเข้าไปแล้วจะพบกับเนื้อหาเหมือนกับคอร์สต้นแบบทุกประการ

## 6. อัพเดทรายชื่อนักศึกษา

ท่านสามารถเพิ่มผู้เข้าร่วมวิชาได้ด้วย 4 วิธีดังหัวข้อต่อไปนี้
